A guide for everyday life.
Yoga Counseling
No ready-made solutions. No theoretical analyses. A journey toward your inner resources.
— Listening, hearing, and direction.
My Approach
When we recognize them and address them, our lives change.
Three rights that belong to everyone
The Right to Life
To live life to the fullest, as your true self—without any limitations imposed by fear or insecurity.
The Right to Life
Not just to survive, but to live one’s life with presence, energy, and awareness.
The Right to Love
Feeling valued, fulfilled, and connected—to oneself and to others.
— Keeping both feet on the ground. Just listening and working on oneself.
How I Work with You
In my approach to counseling, the main goal is to help you regain your balance: to identify the real problem, sense the energy blockage in your energy field, and remove it, restoring your freedom to exercise your fundamental rights.
Together, we’ll try to do all this with honesty and practicality: we’re neither magicians nor gurus, and no one has the answer. But it’s through deep listening and working on ourselves that we find our own path.
Listen
Finding the real problem, beyond the noise of the mind
Feel
Perceiving an energy block and recognizing it
Take Action
Let it go and rediscover the freedom to be happy
── For anyone going through a challenging time, experiencing stress, or facing change.
